Hey everyone! I got some shots together of what the house looks like right now! We are still so pumped and yes we realize it is a mess, but we can turn it around with your help, your love and your support! Thanks for all the continued prayers! Renovations should begin rght after THE CALL- after July 7th, 2007.
Welcome to our vision! We are really excited about everything that God is doing in Stillwater, Oklahoma. There is a tremendous expectation and groaning in our spirit that is felt and experienced by so many here. God is raising up a people to return to his side, to return to intimacy with the father, to take their place in history as those who seek the face of God; those who would love him, and then love others; those who would simply “come” and follow him. We are accepting this call in our lives and are standing on the promises he has spoke over us. Starting this fall over 20 guys will move into what we are calling “THE JESUS HOUSE”, at 311 S. Hester in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This will be a place set aside for a regular rhythm of community, prayer, worship, and outreach into the city and the Oklahoma State University campus. Essentially it will be a hub for launching world-changers, history makers, and revivalists into the world around us for the glory and renown of our Lord Jesus Christ!
This summer we are going to begin working with our land-lord to begin the process of transforming this run-down ex-frat house, into a thriving, engaged commune for the guys to all live in. We are also really looking for people to connect with who might be interested in donating materials and/or time to help the renovation of the house. This includes but is not limited too: painters/carpenters/contractors/designers/artsits /web-designers-graphic artists/fabric-sew specialists/roofers/landscapers/ and anyone who can just pick up a paint brush and paint and help us clean out the place! PRAYER WARRIORS COME ON!!
